Thank you for shopping with Shop Bamboo, the online store operated in connection with Bamboo Spa & Nails SF. We want every order to feel clear, cared for, and easy to follow. This Shipping Policy explains how online product orders are processed, shipped, delivered, and handled if shipping issues arise.
This Shipping Policy applies to products purchased through our online store at store.bamboospasf.com. It does not apply to in-person spa, nail, massage, facial, waxing, lash, brow, or other appointment-based services offered by Bamboo Spa & Nails SF, Bamboo Nails, Bamboo Massage, or any related booking platform.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed after payment has been authorized and the order has been accepted. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, supplier handling time, fulfillment location, order volume, holidays, weekends, and carrier conditions.
Because some products may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers, brand partners, wholesalers, dropship vendors, or Shopify-connected fulfillment partners, items in the same order may ship separately and may arrive in separate packages.
Order-processing estimates are not delivery guarantees. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you when appropriate and may offer a replacement, cancellation, store credit, or refund for the unavailable item.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship online store orders within the United States unless otherwise stated at checkout. Shipping availability may vary by product, supplier, carrier, destination, or applicable law.
Some products may not be available for shipment to certain addresses, states, territories, P.O. boxes, military addresses, or remote delivery locations. If a shipping restriction applies, it may appear at checkout or we may contact you after the order is placed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates, delivery options, and any applicable handling charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Shipping rates may be based on order value, product type, product weight, shipping destination, fulfillment source, carrier method, or supplier-specific requirements.
Any free-shipping offer, discounted shipping offer, or promotional shipping rate may be subject to separate terms, minimum purchase amounts, product exclusions, destination limits, or expiration dates.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing. Delivery timing may vary based on processing time, supplier fulfillment time, carrier service, shipping destination, weather, holidays, address accuracy, customs or regulatory review where applicable, and events outside our control.
Most domestic orders are expected to arrive within the timeframe shown at checkout or in the shipping confirmation, but delays may occur. We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been transferred to the carrier, except where required by law.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation or tracking number may be sent to the email address or phone number provided at checkout. Tracking information may take time to update after a label is created.
If an order ships in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information, including apartment, suite, unit, building, company name, gate code, or other delivery details where applicable.
If an order is delayed, returned, lost, or delivered to an incorrect address because the shipping information provided at checkout was inaccurate or incomplete, we may not be able to replace or refund the order. If a package is returned to sender, we may contact you to arrange reshipment, subject to additional shipping charges.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows that your package is delayed, please allow the carrier a reasonable period to update the tracking information. Carrier scans may be delayed during periods of high volume.
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check the delivery area, mailbox, mailroom, front desk, building office, parcel locker, neighbors, or anyone else who may have accepted the package. You may also need to contact the carrier directly to begin a delivery investigation.
Shop Bamboo is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged after confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout, except where required by law. We will, however, review customer concerns in good faith and help where reasonably possible.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage.
After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or other appropriate resolution depending on the circumstances, product availability, supplier policy, and applicable law. Please do not discard damaged products or packaging until the issue has been reviewed, as the carrier or supplier may require photos or inspection.
Split Shipments and Supplier Fulfillment
Some products may ship directly from brand partners, suppliers, wholesalers, or third-party fulfillment providers. This means packaging, return addresses, packing slips, processing times, shipping carriers, and delivery timing may vary by item.
A product shipping from a supplier does not change your purchase relationship with Shop Bamboo for customer-service purposes. Please contact us if you have questions about your order.
Local Pickup or Local Delivery
Local pickup or local delivery is not available unless it is expressly offered at checkout. If local pickup or local delivery becomes available in the future, additional instructions, timing, location details, and pickup requirements may apply.
Shipping for Gift Cards
Digital gift cards, if offered, are generally delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout. Physical gift cards, if offered, may be subject to standard shipping terms. Gift cards are subject to the Gift Card terms described in our Terms of Service and applicable California law.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after an order has been submitted, processed, packed, fulfilled, or shipped.
If an order has already shipped, it may need to be handled under our Return and Refund Policy after delivery.
Returns
Shipping charges for returns are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or unless otherwise required by law, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or required by law.
Compliance with California and Consumer Protection Law
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable California or federal consumer-protection laws. If any part of this policy conflicts with rights that cannot be waived under applicable law, those legal rights will control.
