Refund policy

At Bamboo Spa & Nails SF, we want every online purchase to feel thoughtful, clear, and well-cared-for. This Return & Refund Policy applies to products purchased through our online store at store.bamboospasf.com.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain beauty, wellness, nail care, skincare, body care, and personal-care products may not be eligible for return once opened, used, tested, altered, or removed from their original packaging. This includes, but is not limited to, nail products, skincare, body care, cosmetics, tools, applicators, and other personal-care items where resale would not be appropriate after opening.

Unopened and unused eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method, provided the product is in its original condition, with original packaging, seals, labels, and any included materials intact. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please contact us at frontdesk@bamboospasf.com with your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for your request. Please do not send any product back before your return request has been reviewed and approved. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error. Bamboo Spa & Nails SF is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, so we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at frontdesk@bamboospasf.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping materials. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been accepted. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank, card issuer, or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Final-sale items, opened personal-care products, used products, digital products, promotional items marked final sale, and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund unless required by law.

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except as required by California law. Under California law, gift cards with a remaining balance of less than $10 may generally be redeemed for cash upon request. Gift cards do not expire unless otherwise stated in compliance with applicable law.

Online product purchases are separate from in-person spa, nail, massage, facial, waxing, lash, brow, or other appointment-based services. Service deposits, appointment changes, cancellations, no-shows, packages, memberships, and in-person service concerns may be governed by separate policies provided by Bamboo Spa & Nails SF, Bamboo Massage, Bamboo Nails, or the applicable booking platform.

Bamboo Spa & Nails SF reserves the right to refuse a return or refund request if the product does not meet this policy, if the request appears fraudulent or abusive, or if the product is not returned in the condition required. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable California or federal law.
